Free conveyancing is only available for the following:

1. For sale contract – when property with approved panel real estate agency;

2. When purchasing an investment property –

i. When a 12 month property management contract is entered into with an approved panel real estate agency; or

ii .When finance is arranged with an approved panel finance broker.

   3. When purchasing an owner occupier property –

i. When finance is arranged through an approved panel broker.

We guarantee the best price NSW wide and will match any written quote. This must be a fixed price quote for the legal service fees (not including disbursements).
